* When you upload designs for a custom order, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use those designs. You grant Print & Craft Co. a non-exclusive license to use the designs solely for the purpose of producing your custom order.

Order Acceptance & Pricing

* We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or issues with your custom design.

* Prices are subject to change without notice.

Custom Orders & Revisions

* For custom orders requiring our design services, we will provide a limited number of design concepts and revisions as detailed in the product description or inquiry. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

* Once a custom design is approved by you, production will begin, and no further changes or cancellations can be made.

Production & Shipping

* Production times vary by product and order type. Estimated timelines will be provided but are not guaranteed.

* We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

* Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

* Due to the nature of custom products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

* Please inspect your order immediately and contact us within 48 hours with photos if you receive a defective or damaged item.

Limitation of Liability

* Print & Craft Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our site or products.

* These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
