Frequently Asked Questions

What is your return policy on custom items?

Because custom items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For our standard catalog and "Design Your Own" products, there is no minimum! You can order just one. For fully managed corporate or bulk orders, our minimum starts at 20 units to unlock wholesale pricing.

Are your tumblers dishwasher safe?

While our high-fidelity sublimation inks are incredibly durable and permanently bonded to the metal, we highly recommend hand-washing all insulated tumblers to preserve the vacuum seal and keep the colors vibrant for years to come.

What file types do you accept for custom uploads?

For the best print quality, we recommend high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds (at least 300 DPI). We also accept high-quality JPEGs and SVG vector files.
